There has been an outbreak of drones near commercial airliners. How do we combat this safety concern?

Allow for specific frequencies for the drone and the aircraft have a "Duke/Warlock like" system on them to knock out those frequencies....same principles our EWO's use to provide for us as a bubble down range...not that hard a concept (for us) to understand, might be hard for the civilian sector though.

Other then search for the violators and fine them? Legally that's the only options they have. Maybe create laws for possible jail time.
