Either that or he really was that technologically ignorant. There are still some people like that out there, and the military has its share of them.

Interesting! Sort of a cross between Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali! (although neither would have anything to fear!) LOL!!!

Every morning I shoot the first zombie I see. It's cost me only 14 bathroom mirrors so far.

I guess I'm just a slow learner. (See my comment elsewhere in this thread about the real meaning of the abbreviation "Ret.")

I love watching NHK (Japanese tv) with my girlfriend. Nature, human interest, culture, history, etc. Then there is what we have. Yoinks. Murica!

SFC Mark Merino , well to be fair, we have some really good educational programming too on the Discovery, NatGeo and History channels (when they aren't doing shows on aliens and/or Nostradamous/bible prophesies). And the Japanese have their own whacked out versions of reality TV. Those folks can be just plain strange sometimes..... O.o

MSgt Lancia Stewart So, what you're really saying is when the Army sent us poor captains to CAS3 several years ago, they weren't making PowerPoint Rangers out of us, they were making PowerPoint Zombies. Suddenly, everything makes sense now.

Yeah, last night was not a good for sleep. I had my 3rd spinal injection and the pressure was killing me. Didn't get to pass out till like 0630! RallyPoint to the rescue!

SFC Mark Merino How are the injections working for you? They kicked my ass for a few days after, but was the only thing in 6-7 years that got me off the cane. Sadly I've pretty much used up that route.

Cpl Dennis F. They have never worked for me but THEY swear some people get relief. I get more relief from those hangy upside down things (inversion table?)

By a lack of education and complacey. It is already happening in some areas. Mindless beings wondering around with no clear direction or purpose.

You know the (Ret) after our service designation stands for (retarded). Me, CDR USN(Ret).

CDR Thomas Gatliffe Thanks for clarifying that. And here I was thinking it meant "retro". And since everything retro is cool to today's teens, that means we are all cool! So really "(Ret) after our names means "cool", its just spelled different.
