After finishing my MBA in Entrepreneurship next month with CTU, I'm launching services I created or repeated from learning that will allow Service Members, Veterans, Spouses or Caretakers to work from home. What are your ideas about the best help you could receive for computer, cell phone, internet, connectivity, technology trouble? (Programming devices, blue tooth in the car, headsets, or other devices) What would really make your day when it comes to service. (After hours, Johnny on the spot, minimized wait times, availability)

While wait time is always a big one, I'd say the biggest deal to me is having someone that is knowledgeable about this issues or willing to research them and will follow up. I understand uncommon problems may arise, but the extra effort is worth the impression given to the customer. I have noticed that oftentimes if the problem is not in the support personnel's wheel house per se, that they are unwilling to research the issue and follow up with the customer.

Thank you SPC Michael J. Your advice will be part of our customer service and hiring policy. My intent will be to hire people who truly have a passion for helping others and I'll seek the customer's input on their experience. Thanks for the input and as a thank you, message me about that hanging problem if it still exists.
