17 years in, E7 25B, thinking about swapping to 25D... whats your opinions?

Other than certs its a complete waste of time. Been a 25D for 2 years and Information Assurance (which can be done as a 25B) is as good as its been.

But what about the tier 9 bonus they have?lol.. I'm guessing your stuck in a vault. I heard if your stuck in a vault your skills are not put to use
