SPC Shelby Thundercloud as the top contributor during January

I do believe that listening and applying sound advice as being indicative of a person who gets it.   Too often we hear about the lack of motivation amongst younger SM and that is unfortunate.    People like SPC Thundercloud make me hopeful that we have great leaders and I would have been glad to serve under here.

Some of our senior female NCOs are exceptional and I think they deserve all the credit that they deserve.   Any other people that come to mind let me know.   We are about being proactive and instilling pride and competence and this is one way of doing it.
