When, will we go all in, and realize this is war, total war... and our response needs to be at least commensurate with these consistent attacks...

Am I the only one who is tired and frustrated?

You know COL Charles Williams, they probably never will because i almost suspect he supports it. Did anyone happen to notice that he was pretty quick to go on TV and use the California attacks to talk about how guns are the problem but when it comes to talking about terrorism, he lets it wait until Sunday evening, perhaps when his golf game is over!

I sincerely feel this is domestic terrorism. A method to dramatically inhibit our communities from gathering, socializing and just being happy and free to enjoy each other. We already have a deteriorating social fabric in our neighborhoods and the proliferation of weapons has not made any of us safer. I know I am probably making this statement on the wrong social network but some kind of gun legislation needs to happen. So far this year we have had 310 mass killings by random (mostly young white males of non-muslim origin with NO link to ISIS) killing because? They were losers who hated themselves and everyone else in the world. On average 15 people are killed in these shootings. So multiply 310 times 15 that equals 4,650 people murdered in 2015 alone. That is more dead than 911. And we are worried about ISIS? We've killed more of ourselves than ISIS ever has. Congress is so quick and expedient to pass legislation restricting Syrian refugee's from entering the country yet we cannot pass simple laws requiring that you be checked to see if you are insane before you buy a gun? Limiting weapons of mass destruction to lunatics?. How is this preventing decent law abiding people from owning guns? I am lost and fed up with this. The pro-gun totting populace says "Oh we need to protect ourselves so we can kill the killers", yet of the 310 mass murders how many law abiding, gun carrying citizens and cops have been mentally tuned to effectively put a bullet into one of these guys heads? Virtually NONE. Obama stated it succinctly that some of these guys on the government watch lists can't even get on a plane yet they can waltz into a gun shop and buy weapons of public mass destruction. We are on Stupid Cruse Control and something has got to be done to protect our children and family's. We all just want to live free and happy like the fathers of this country intended from the beginning. I am hoping that by the next election, the next candidate for president can do something about this wild west mentality this country is so hooked up on. You can hate me for this post, but personally I really don't give a damn.

CPT Church, I voted you up since we ourselves kill more of ourselves. I wish California was more like Utah or Idaho where even student in class carry weapons. Had there been 2 or 3 armed civilians maybe they would not have been so successful. It is funny how only the border states have the toughest gun laws and yet have the highest crime.
Here in Canada handguns are not that available and stabbing and shootings are out of control. The bad guys get the guns. Gun trafficing from the USA to the hoodlums here. Long Guns are legal tough I think its just a 3 shot max.

The social fabric here in Canada is similiar to the USA. Broken families. Drug abuse and cheap high. No curfew so teens do what they want. I had posted that the killers of San Bernardino could have bought the weapons from someone in Idaho and Utah where there is no waiting period. There is always a work-around for the bad guys.
This blog here allows for differences of opinion!

That'll depend on an investigation that determines the intent of the shooting.

Good question, and the probable answer is: never ever.
Even more disturbing, is the sad fact that once again even before anybody knew any of the details there were people ringing their hands and calling for gun control. Of course one of the first things the press mentions is that at least two of the firearms were purchased legally, and by doing so implying that the system should have stopped this from happening somehow.

COL Charles Williams . Unfortunately I don't think most Americas feel threatened/affected. Most seem to compartmentalize things and act as though everything is okay. They are looking forward to the next Kardashian episode, the new Jay-Z album, the next sporting event, the next sale and the mall etc. Or worse, they are misdirecting like the president or CPT Whatshisname (above). Acting as though criminal activity and ISIS are the same thing. San Bernardino is likely he first in a long line of cities and towns that will see this happen. It is easy to see how easily some are fooled or simply talk themselves into denial.

BO is blinded by ideology. He can't see it. Action speaks louder than words and won't do a damn thing about it, except throw a lifeline moored to your neighborhoods to more unvetted enemy combatants.

It's as frustrating as the GOP not acknowledging climate change. ya know if you change the word terrorism to climate change the argument works for both ways, LOL! try it.
