Since AKO is no longer, how do I access my ERB? SRB?

When I try to log in to view my ERB/SRB it says only active components can view record. Is there a fix for this?

Also................. per typical.............. my latest PME is not in the system under career mgmt or education (where BOLC is), and BOLC was finally updated 2 years after the fact. How is this happening. I have action though my J1 getting CCC inputted and my MOS changed from 92A to 90A, but it's really annoying.
