I believe that answer to be yes. We have promoted Soldiers to early in their career with no experience, civilian education, and military schooling. Over half of the Soldiers do nit know how to march, do a in rank inspection and know basic military information to be the "BE, KNOW, & DO" NCO. Time to getting back to earning your stripes. What is your stance on this topic?

It should be a requirement. I have been to wlc and thne after that i received my stripes.

I think the Army regulations in regards to WLC and having to take it within a year of being promoted is a good enough cap on folks who havn't attended.
