Should the IRS commissioner be impeached?

Actaully the best part of the article for me is that "Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the ranking Democrat on the Oversight Committee, said the accusations against Mr. Koskinen were baseless." Well, by golly, then stop the investigation. I find it hard to believe that people actually want this clown as their Senator.
