I am way out of AR 600-9 Compliance lol :) and cant fit into my old Army Green Uniform. And will need to buy a whole new dress uniform for formal ceremnies like this would the right uniform be ASU Blue one Junior Enlisted or the NEW GREEN?

I would not fit in the uniform I wore as a Specialist either. Congratulations on your son graduating from a service academy (even if it is Navy). The ASU dress blue uniform would get my vote as well. It will be around for a few more years and I have seen used sets at the surplus store for under thirty dollars.

The new Army Green Uniform is not yet authorized beyond the Soldiers testing it, I have also yet to see it available commercially. As LTC (Join to see) said the blue uniform should be widely available used, you may also be able to find the uniform from your era of service in the pre-owned market.

Buying a used ASU would be your best option.
