Due to the fact that the NRA has gun safety classes, should all gang bangers be required to carry permits and gun safety curricula?

It would be a good idea if you could get them to go for it lol. At least they would be more accurate when they do drive bys and less collatoral damage lol.

We should also make them wear body armor. That would reduce the casualty rates some and make for better headlines. "Gang Banger Saved by Kevlar Vest". You know, really feel good stories about allowing them to reach their full potential by living until almost 30.

We will, of course, need a government program to pay for the armor or perhaps with the reductions in the military under this administration we could just repurpose (recycle) the body armor! Yeah, everybody wins, even mother earth.

As part of the safety classes, it should be taught that guns are not to be pointed sideways!

So, here's the thing with firearms training - if you have some kind of required training, then you will have fewer random people just going to get guns for the sake of getting guns and fewer straw man purchases. It will reduce guns on the streets.

Yeah but in this instance, it is a joke. More or less a parody and makes the point that gang members and other criminals seem not to care too much about that kind of thing. Like the gun free zone or just say no... lol MAJ Bryan Zeski

Yes. They should also receive training on purifying their product and there should be a best corner competition sort of like the best yard in the housing area.

Of course they should, I bet they can squeeze in the firearm safety training right after the Emily Post etiquette lessons.
