Considering the fact that he was denied access to medications and therapies for PTSD symptoms that were only intensifying the entire time he was detained in Mexico, seemingly abandoned by his own government, is it any wonder that he continues to have issues now? This entire outcome can be laid at the feet of the State Department, in my opinion.

Sorry to hear that news. So many were rooting for him when he was in Mexico. Now this. Seems some guys just can't catch a break.

Yes, but he's fighting demons (I'm guessing) and still struggling with PTSD. No doubt he's responsible for his actions.
