Sending trainers back to train the Iraqi security forces?

I read this article this evening. My Border Transition Team was the 5th team to fall in on our Iraqi Border Police Brigade. We didn't have any money to flash around to purchase things for them. Therefore, they knew everything. They did not want any assistance or training because they knew what was best for their unit and for their country. How do you argue with that? Well, according to this article, there seems to be an argument out there...

MSG we at our level wont even be heard if we wanted to argue this. Lets just hope if we go it doesn't turn into another OIF.

Absolutely tracking SSG Woodward. Even at our level though, I believe that we are still authorized to be dumbfounded at some things that those at echelons above reality tend to entertain...
