Seeing I was rejected twice for a claim with the VA for colon cancer and secondary delibitating effects, should I re-file ie. PACT act?

Try contacting a VSO (Veterans Services Officer) from the VFW, DAV etc to assist you if you haven’t already tried them. They know the system quite well and may be helpful. Good luck.

Always try. They are doing a thorough screening at this point, your GI will have to tie directly to burn pits or very similar.

Always worth a shot. Even though the claims number have gone through the roof, the sooner you re-file the better
