That's unsat, SPC(P) (Join to see). Maybe that Vietnam Vet can teach those young officers-to-be a little something about duty, honor, country.

First of all... this is sad... and rather unexuseable... if the photo is the whole story.
With that said, look at the picture again.
Center appears to be an NCO... with a tower of power... before jumping to a conclusion that these are "cadets" that "don't have a clue" consider that what may be happening is that the NCO is prepping a plan to rectify the situation. Anyone ever hold the "garrison" flag... wet? That is not a task for a fire team...
My point is... before you offer a negative to a "snapshot" take a minute to gather some more facts. That means me too... cause when I looked I shook my head... until I blew the picture up a bit.
