I made rank relativity quick I suppose for my MOS 25U I have
12 and half years of active federal service and need to reenlist still. My NCOER’s
were as followed 2.2, 1.1, 1.1, 1.1, 1.1, 1.1 1.1, 2.2, 3.2, 1.1 and my next
one should be a 1.1 from what I am getting from my raters ( I have no 4 or 5’s
no relief for cause and never have received a no in values.  I have received an ART15 which was placed in
my restricted file but deleted by DA I assume after being there for 5 months.
It was a questionable ART15 at best but no other records remains. I have never
received a GOMAR or any other administrative letters. The question I ask is
does that look bad to a commander when I will be PCS’ing to a new unit with 15
months before I ETS to re-up for indef. I cannot reup in my current unit
because I am outside the window.
