I have been reading threads and some of them catch me by surprise. This is after all a social media avenue that employers can easily check to determine if someone is a good fit for their company. Rally Point is used as a way to find a job and connect with potential employers so you must expect them to research you before they decide to hire you. With that said, keep in mind your responses and the words you use to convey your thoughts/emotions.
