I have heard from AARs that the board members only want schools recommended on NCOER Senior Rater bullets that are DA Select. Since the Army's First Sergeant Course @ the USASMA doesn't exist (rolled into SLC), then what courses should you recommend for a SFC who has completed SLC?

You'll get he same answers form all of us. Battle staff, support ops phII for log guys, master gunner, etc. What happens when you have em all. I have two ncoers that recommend me for schools I already have. Lol. Yea, pcs ncoers. How could they put SMA when I was a Sfc? Can a bullet like "he already has everything, now promote him!" Suffice?

I guess every career management field is different. US 42A Senior SSGs or SFCs who completed SLC and SSD-IV can attend:
IG Course
EOA Course
Brigade S-1 Operations Course
Postal Supervisor Course
Battle Staff NCO Course
HR Plans and Ops Course
Drill Sergeant Course (Not only for SGT & SSG)
Army Basic Recruiter Course (Not only for SGT & SSG)
Manpower and Force Management Course
IG Course
EOA Course
Brigade S-1 Operations Course
Postal Supervisor Course
Battle Staff NCO Course
HR Plans and Ops Course
Drill Sergeant Course (Not only for SGT & SSG)
Army Basic Recruiter Course (Not only for SGT & SSG)
Manpower and Force Management Course

SFC Felix Burgos-Figueroa
I have not seen that comment about putting only DA select schools on the SFC or MSG 42A Review and Analysis Memorandums that are published after the promotion boards.
Now it could of been on the overall board AAR. Not sure.
