As an admin, I'm really disturbed at recent behavior here on RP and I've had a lot of complaints recently about fellow members behavior. Whether we are still active duty, reserves, guard, or a veteran, we all need to remember our military bearing. I know we all learned it so there is not excuse for the behavior I've seen. On top of bearing, we are all human and have to share this planet, so let's try to make it a little more friendlier.
It really is sad that I even have to bring it up, but I'm going to go over RP discussion guidelines. I have copied and pasted them here for your convenience.
DO
1. Be professional, respectful and constructive
2. Post only things that can be seen by the public
3. Include details in your questions and in your responses to others
4. Create posts that ask a question or spark discussion around a topic
DO NOT
1. Do NOT post anything that is marketing a service, a business, a personal event, or can otherwise be interpreted as promotional

3. Do NOT post anything that is not of interest to the general RallyPoint community
4. Do NOT post about specific employment opportunities to "All of RallyPoint." Information about formal job postings can be found here: http://www.RallyPoint.com/employers

I used to tell my students that "You can't hurt me with feedback!" (This is much more of a psyche risk than one might think... nuke workers in the classroom can be like unrestrained squad of Marines after the emptying of a full keg - or two).
I'm formally going to ask that each of you with "stars upon thars" would be so kind as to remind me if I ever stray (jump, trample, stomp, fly, burn, etc) over those lines.
And, as an aside, when you type "Awww" as in "shucks, darn, y'all" or "ewww" as in "yuck" the site wants to call it a hyperlink...
EDIT: [JUST LIKE THAT!!!! I wanted it to say "shucks, darn, y'all" and "yuck", not two hyperlinks.]

Thanks, CW5 (Join to see). I tend to get carried away some times (Norske genetic trait), and need the "adult supervision" since I use up all of my internal source of that at work...

PV2 (Join to see) Thanks for the reiteration of professionalism to which we should all hold ourselves, and the enumeration of guidelines to which we have agreed.

Thanks for the reminder, PV2 (Join to see). I'll bet some may never have read those guidelines, so I think it's a great idea to post them for all to see.
