On the SRB, what exactly does the ASCO Code S1 (Compassionate Stabilization) mean?

Curious as it is on my SRB. I did a Compassionate Reassignment in the past, however, that was roughly 3 1/2 years ago and I've since PCS'd.

I suppose if you no longer are on a compassionate reassignment/stabilization you should probably go talk to your S1 about that.
