OCONUS PCS Leave; do I need to go through Aircraft and Automated Personnel Clearance System (APACS)?

I'm taking PCS leave to Korea and I submitted my DA31 back in March, but I'm awaiting approval from Apacs. Is anyone familiar with this agencie or how to contact them?

SFC(P) (Join to see) did you already resolve this? Normally, clearance through Aircraft and Automated Personnel Clearance System (APACS) is not necessary unless you are traveling to a foreign county on leave, not if you are PCSing to a foreign country for duty. Your S1 or G1 can submit a request for you or you can go online and submit your own request.
