NCO's what are your thoughts on the decision of the Army to revamp the 2166-8?

Overdue - our evaluation (counseling tool) needs to be aligned with our current leadership doctrine (ADP/ADRP 6-22)

Even though I no longer have to worry or deal with it, I think it is another way to create a new way to have more alignment with the OER process and system, which in my opinion will create more problems than it will be worth.
