During OIF I, I saw a MLRS rocket do some stuff it wasn't supposed to do and land about a click from the launcher. Glad I wasn't where it landed!

No surprise to me! I've witnessed 4 Mishaps with the SM2 Missile. Obviously it still has issues. Watched 2 fail on the rail (no launch), Watched 1 not make it to Altitude, Self Destruct and shower the deck with Shrapnel and watched 2 try and return home the last one exploding not far from me.
