My husband and I are dual military and we both receive single rate BAH. If we both deploy at the same time, will we maintain BAH?

Yes, BAH is an entitlement based on what you rate at your home station and dependency status. Thus, deploying will not change your entitlement to BAH. Reference: JTR, Table 10E-1, Rule 12.
