My state has just passed a medical marijuana amendment to our constitution. My wife is wanting to start growing it for patients. She is going to go through all the proper legal channels to get licensed. Would the milirary have any legal grounds for kicking me out if she does this?

Article 112 Wrongful Use Possession of Controlled Substances
Articles 77 through 134 of the UCMJ are known as punitive articles, specific offenses which, if violated, can result in punishment by court-martial.

federal government doesn't recognize medical marijuana yet. I think if your name is on the production anywhere they would have grounds to discharge you. I also think that just your knowledge would put you in jeopardy
