Because of an overzealous states attorney, I was fingerprinted about 15 years ago and charged with a crime. I was innocent of the crime and never received any form of a guilty verdict or fine. The case was dropped by the prosecutor.

I got discharged from basic 9 months ago due to hip stress fractures . I got cleared from my orthopedic doctor and sent up all my medical documents from Fort Jackson in a med read to Meps . We first sent it ( oct 10) still heard nothing back and then re sent it up (dec 20) My re enlistment code is Re-3 JFV . My med read packet is 50 pages long. Why is the process taking so long ? Also I know I’m gonna need a waiver for my stress fractures , is that waiver hard to get approved ? Do I have a good shot at re joining or should I make a plan B ? I don’t want to get my hopes up
