Is this video from Buzzfeed insulting to police officers?

I think so Sir.. I mean the attitude of these people may show insight on just how much the negative media has affected the way people feel about Police Officers. When I was a child we didn't feel scared of policemen. When in the presence of an Officer I always felt safe. Of course over the years the 10% of bad Officers have really been spotlighted hard by the media whereas the 90%' everyday heroics go un noticed. Obviously this video portrays Police Officers as someone to avoid, and be fearful of.
