Even if you ship the same date the likely hood you will be in the same Platoon is fairly slim. If your not in the same Platoon and same MOS you probably will not see each other all that much. Just the nature of how they make sure they mix you up prior to starting training there. You'll see when you get there the ingenuity of it all and the measures they take to seperate pre-existing friends from being bunk mates in the same squad bay. At a point in the training the 11B's and 11C's go their seperate ways for a few weeks. 11B's get advanced tactical training which you if your an 11C will get later at your unit. 11C's get mortar training.
