Looking at the ft Rucker website is says the age limit is 46 for WO pilots. Was told for 67J I needed to be selected when I was 32

There is no age difference requirement between O-grade and W-grade pilots. The requirement is to be selected before your 33rd birthday for all pilot MOSs, whether it's 67J, 15A, or 153A. The 46 year age requirement is for all other (tech) Warrant Officer jobs, i.e. Warrant Officers that aren't pilots.

67J: Must be between 21 and 42 years of age (may request a waiver, Pilot is less than 33. No mention of waiver. It seems you have it backwards.

Also see it says be selected by 33rd birthday. I am 32 now. Just trying to find out if I am eligible for flight at this point? Is there an age waiver after 33?

As long as you are selected before you turn 33 you won't require a waiver. Once you turn 33 is when a waiver would need to be submitted along with your flight packet.
