Is the Norwegian Footmarch badge authorized to be worn on the ASU? If so how is it affixed?

I thought I saw that it was, but back when I was awarded it, it had been removed from the authorization list.

It is on the updated page 8, Appendix D (dated 10 Dec 18) list for authorized Foreign badges.

However, I'm not certain of which one you have:
Norwegian Military March Metal/Badge
or
Norwegian Foot-March Skill Insignia (also known as the Road March Badge)
If it's the Norwegian Military March Metal/Badge, you're only allowed to accept, but not wear it. If it's the Norwegian Foot-March Skill Insignia, which apparently comes in bronze, silver, and gold; then you are authorized to accept it, but in order to wear it on your uniform, you must have a signed Acceptance and Wear memorandum from a U.S. commander in the grade of BG/O7 or higher and COL/O6 commanders with GCMCA. If you don't have that memo already, the process to obtain one is a simple DA4187 and is described in the "Foreign Badges and Decorations LISTED in Appendices D and E" section at the HRC link below.

If you already have the U.S. Acceptance and Wear memo, then you can place it on your ASU in accordance with, para 20-18b, DA PAM 670-1.

SSG(P) (Join to see) - No problem. As long as you follow the instructions on the provided HRC site, you will be able to get the memo. How long it takes to get the signed memo back, is dependent on the S1/G1 shops from your battalion up to division echelon and the signing schedule of the O-7.
I've been helping people get their memo's for the GAFPB as well. Just make sure to attach the foreign award certificate to your DA4187 when you submit it.

A few months ago down at Soto Cano Air Base in Honduras, my unit conducted the Footmarch as people were wanting to do it because they thought it was approved for wear. Currently, this particular badge is not approved for wear on the ASU's.

MSG (Join to see) - If that is the Norwegian Foot-March Skill Insignia, it is authorized for wear, pending you have the proper authorization memo. See my original post in this thread.

SFC (Join to see) - I stand corrected. I didn't see your original post. When I had looked it up in AR 600-8-22, it was the 2015 edition that I got straight from APD. Also, every competitor down in Honduras was told this was not authorized for wear. Thanks for the clearing of the fog. I know a lot of people that will be happy to learn this.

MSG (Join to see) No worries, Im glad I could help. I did the same thing with the regulation reference. I just happened to stumble across that HRC page back in 2016 or so. AR 600-8-22 provides a hyperlink that is supposed to lead to that same HRC page, but they changed the address, so it doesn't work.

The badge isn't listed as authorized in AR 600-8-22, so is not authorized for wear.
Since the badge/decoration is not listed in AR 600-8-22, Appendices D or E, yoy can contact the Awards and Decorations Branch at [login to see] (DSN 983-9126) or [login to see]

Note that I did see the following notice on the Southern Indian ROTC page, so contacting the folks at Ft Knox (see my comment above) should resolve this for you.
The Norwegian Foot March Badge is listed in Chapter 9, Appendix D of AR 600-8-22 as of 30 March 2018 as approved for wear. https://www.usi.edu/outreach/rotc/norwegian-foot-march/
