Is the MILPER message of being separated for failing NCOES still in effect? If so, could anyone direct me to it?

There was never any Directive to separate for failing NCOES.
There is a mandatory bar for failing NCOES and a failed NCOES 1059 is a QMP trigger for SSG and above. You can find that in the annual QMP messages that get announced.

Thanks battle! I was tracking that my S1 mentioned hearing about being separated if failing a NCOES but has not produced it yet, but I guess they could of gotten that confused with the QMP process.

SFC (Join to see) there are a lot of admin changes that get mixed up and misconstrued because the Army doesn't do a good job of briefing significant changes. Everything ends up being word of mouth and the policy messages are written in the most confusing way possible.
