Is it worth it to be in the 160th SOAR as a support MOS?

What do you consider worth? It is the premier aviation unit in the Army, possibly the world. They are in real world situations around the world, something other units only practice at. If you could make the cut, you might possibly be considered to be one of the best at your MOS. I've got a friend retired E8, 160th Crew Chief, later MT section Chief- he's top notch- they only take the best.
