Is he delusional? The Paris attacks were caused by the bombing of ISIS?

SSgt Alex Robinson PO1 John Miller CPT Jack Durish So following Maher's logic, they attacked the World Trade center in 1993 and 2001, why? If you believe Maher, you really fail to grasp the logic of Islamic Extremist. ISIS/ISIL just want you to convert or die. Is that logical enough for you?
I don't understand why folks like Maher on the left won't accept they have to identify the enemy and fight the enemy and guess what, it is not the GOP/Right who you can at least have civil discussions on how to manage the Government.

ISIS/ISIL, Taliban, etc. Different names, same goals. Convert or die, death to the American infidels.

SSgt Alex Robinson I read the ISIS communique they issued after the attacks. In that they referenced the Crusaders. This is all part of a conflict between two ideologies that can never exist together in peace. They will attack regardless of what we do or don't do. That is who they are. They want to establish a world wide caliphate. If we pulled out of the Middle East all together, that would not bring peace and that would not cause them to cease wanting to destroy western civilization.

This brash rhetoric is the typical Bill Maher. Most know-it-all's have either some underlying insecurities or a genuine sense of superiority. In his previous comments about Jews being superior to Arabs based on the number of Noble Prizes obtained from the Jewish state makes me think he suffers from a superiority complex. A Superiority complex is the type of complex that develops when a person who suffers from inferiority complex decides to act superior in order to mask his inferiority. Maybe he using his "superior" intelligence to hide his small penis - who knows, who cares - he's an idiot.

I have never every liked this guy. I think he has a screw loose. The things I've heard him say over the years make me laugh....and make me sick to my stomach of how UN AMERICAN his sick little twisted mind works.
I never pay him any mind...the problem is there are WEEK minded American's who buy into his koolaid....
He's sick and twisted and one of the biggest stupid buffoons ever!

BULL$#!T.
The people who committed the act caused the attack in Paris. The people who sponsored, indoctrinated, trained, and resourced them committed this attack. The people who are too afraid to offend to confront the issue and it's underlying causes, caused this attack.
The sooner people wake up to this, the better.

SSgt Alex Robinson - Staff; Considering that that is what ISIS is claiming, he isn't as "delusional" as some people would like to have you believe.
On the other hand, since the French airstrikes took place on Sep 27, 2015, I question ISIS' logistical ability to get the attacks put together and coordinated in 45 days. (It's possible that it could, but I still question it.) I think that the claim that the attacks were in response to French bombing is pure crap.

Bill Maher will say anything to try to make a headline, SSgt Alex Robinson. This is just his way of trying to grab some ratings, and a bit more airtime, for his own political agenda.

I tend to agree with Maher. He and I both claim the Libertarian party and see eye to eye on a lot of topics. Think about it. We took the fight to ISIS, so they responded the only way they can, against a "soft" (i.e. non-military) target!

Maher is the furthest thing from a Libertarian. He has been using that word within the last year or so - because he has had disagreements with the man he supported for office and "Libertarian" is the buzz word over the last few years in politics. Maybe because he supports legalization of marijuana - he hopped on the "L" train...but I don't know of any Libertarians that claim him as a member of their party.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion. Though I don't give much merit to a person with an unverified account who lists themselves as a "potential recruit." Either join the military or don't.

There's tons of articles that refute any claim to Libertarianism (outside of calling for the end of the war on drugs) that Maher claims. He's a liberal, who's masquerading as someone who supports the "cool" third party.

No, The Actual Libertarian Movement Didn’t ‘Go Nuts’ — It’s Just The One Inside Bill Maher’s Head...
All in all, Maher's rant was actually pretty funny. Despite stereotypes to the contrary, we libertarians do love a good send-up -- from Parks and Recreation's

Consider the source. Liberal propaganda. Just like the refugee crisis is because we invaded Iraq...NOT Its because the red line wasn't enforced.
