Nobody in my unit seems to be able to access any efs.deps page. Can anyone out there access https://efs.deps.mil/ ?

EFS is back up. It was a DOD-wide interruption. CSM Michael J. Uhlig & PO3 (Join to see) Thanks again for your input!

CSM we can access the e-mail without issues. The problem is accessing our DEPS page. Initially our NEC had it blocked, that is what made me suspect they were the problem.

I tried to access here in Germany and could not get access either, just as PO3 (Join to see).
