In your Opinion, how would former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara handle ISIL and the Middle East?

Not sure about McNamara, but I know Casper Weinberger and Colin Powell would've been extremely tougher on them to the point where we would've already been there kicking their pansy asses around the desert they hide in!
