If you are attending a class at Fort Lewis (JBLM) but ATTRS says the class is at Fort Lee, should you get per diem for Fort Lee or JBLM?

If you are attending the class for 30 days and another class for four days should you get 100% per diem for the first 30 days and 75% for the remainder or 75% total per diem for all days?

At the location you are actually at,,,, but ATTRS will need to be updated to support your DTS claim.
Is this a MTT? Has the school training location moved permanently? Is this a one time or other temp training location?
DTS is reviewed and approved by folks on your post (in most cases), getting them to understand and support your DTS claim when a ATTRS bit of data is worng is a pain but not impossible. You will upload the supporting documents that show your actual training location, justifying that location for the claim. Easiest would be to have the G3 responsible person call the school house and ask them to update the aTTRS entry.. then no extra DTS work is needed..... I say that is easiest, but that assumes the G3 has a person working schools, they know what they are doing have the needed POC's and are willing..It also requires the schoolhouse to have an Active ATTRS rep with current permissions to be available... Others that CAN change it in ATTRS will not without the schoolhouse requesting and confirming the change.. So it is a dead end to contact ATTRS directly...the change has to come from the affected school.

My understanding is if you change locations you reset the clock. As to the location, it doesn't matter what ATRRS says, what matters is where you actually were. Also, the key to everything is clicking that little box that says "Variations Authorized". If that little box is clicked and approved, your orders can say you are going to Fort Bragg for ten days but in reality you went to Germany for six months and you can fix everything on the back side.

I’ll be there for a year. Does the per diem an bha off set the cost of living. I’m mostly seeing 1200.00 and higher for a decent 2 bedroom
