If I've only served 2 years in the Army, got injured overseas, and am in the MEB (medically retiring), will I still get 100% of the GI Bill?

I'll have 2 years in by August and will not be finished with MEB by then. I have the Post 9/11. And I am "medically retiring". Being that you usually have to serve 3 years to acquire 100% of the Post 9/11 I didn't know if I will get the full 100% since I am medically retiring or if I'd only receive the 60% to70% I have already acquired.
