I’m trying to reenlist (first timer). How can I get Fort Campbell?

My career counselor keeps telling me there are no open slots. However, my friend in Brigade was told there were slots (same MOS and grade). My counselor also told me that I might be coming down on orders for Korea even though I have less then a year left until ETS date. My wife is only okay with me re enlisting for Campbell is there anyway I can get that before coming down on orders??
