How’d you do Bryan? I see that it’s been 3 years. My boy is in tech school for PJ now, but overworked before joining and has some stress fractures in both tibias so is in PT to work through it, slowing his movement further into the Pipeline by a few months. He is loving every stinking second though!

You should email stew smith. He is an ex USN SEAL and has workouts as well as academic knowledge of many courses including USAF Pararescue. He is a super personal guy who is down to earth. Google his name. I emailed him before RASP and he got back to me within a day. Even though he has a business and seems like a busy guy, he makes time to get back with you.
Hope this helped.

It did thank you, he have me the info I needed and a few great routines, thanks. It tipped me over the plateau I was stuck on.

Here is something I got from a quick search. SpecialTactics.com can be a great resource. I used to pull info about Kettle Bell workouts off of there.

I'm already a member of the site actually lol. They have some good stuff, but I needed more of a dialed in routine.
