Don't get hurt. Don't end up on a medical dental hitlist. Keep up with your pme/annual training etc. If you're in a deployable unit, then the only thing that matter is when your number gets called. You'll get your shot so relax. There is no "fastest way" to deploy. Most deployment rotations are scheduled way in advance. 1 squadron goes out. Next squadron goes out to replace them. Next squadron in line goes to replace them. Rinse and repeat. Just find out when your squadron is slated to deploy and then sit back and wait.

In a plane, although I suppose we will have a faster way eventually. Possibly teleport in to fight and be back home for dinner. I'm kicking around a few ideas I'll send to the Pentagon.

Haha, seriously if you're already in the Marines and with your unit there's not much you can do. It's all about waiting your turn now.
