I have the order number. How can I get a copy of the actual order? It's from approximately 4-5 years ago.

What type of order? TCS, PCS, TDY? TCS Orders are in MOBCOP.Army.mil since about 2012.

It's for a soldier of mine. For a packet, he has an AAM certificate, which has the order number, but not the actual order. My UA insists it can found on the HRC site but, after weaving through that labyrinth, I'm at a loss.

Well, the certificate is the Order. The request is the DA Form 638. Is that what he is looking for?

SSG (Join to see) - You UA needs to be retrained... the certificate is the order, there isn't going to be anything else. The certificate should be iPermed which the UA should be capable of doing but it doesn't sound like they know how?

I agree...SHOULD is the operative word. A soldier of mine apparently came from a unit with a less than attentive UA or S1. He has the AAM certificate, but not the actual order.

The certificate is the order and is the only thing that is iPermed. (Unless it was downgraded which is unlikely). Thats all s/he needs. The former S1 may (well should but...) have a copy of the 638 and orders log but they don't mean anything without the certificate.
