Some ideas could be: first hand stories, tips for transitioning, healthy habits, available resources. But I would love to hear what interests you.

Short term and long term psychiatric evaluations and treatment facilities for Veterans, military members and family. Thank you so much for putting together a panel for this very important topic.

Helping those at different stages of their career with having social/emotional health problems.
Our freshly enlisted personnel may not all know how to go about seeking care and are more worried about getting kicked out for "failure to adapt" or being targeted by their peers.

For mid-career, reminder of health services can do that focuses on asking for help isn't weakness and will not be an automatic call for being drummed out of service.

For careerists, pushing hard on seeking care prior to retirement/discharge. I've gotten so many horror stories about how the VA will continue to not help, deflect, or ignore our freshly separated population. I'm getting self-care and still terrified that I won't be able to gain any form of medical care or support unless I go to a large city VA in certain pro-military states.
