I am looking to get out of signal and reclass into intel. What do the leaders recommend for a successful reclass such as career progression

35Fs have some of the best promotion rates in the Army. There are so many things you can get into and so many places you go. It's like being in the medical field. Everyone is trained to a certain standard at first, then they go into further specializations. The best bet would be to go airborne and be a 35F. We cannot get enough to go to airborne and we cannot keep enough in the special operations community because the stereotype is physically unfit nerds.

35F is a good start. Will equip you with the basic intel analyst skills that you can essentially apply anywhere.
