I am 100% service connected and I'd like to know how do I make sure my wife will continue to receive a portion of my disability when I pass?

MSgt Gary Weeks, ensure she knows where the necessary paperwork is located, is familiar with the benefits she's eligible for, and who to contact at the VA in the case of your passing. Also make sure she if familiar with what organizations are there that can give assistance (state VA officers, VSOs, etc).
If you're referring to DIC and don't have a 100% rating, then it will only be paid if your passing is the result of a service-connected illness or injury. If you have a 100% VA rating, make sure you don't kick the bucket before you've had it for 10 years (or 5 years from leaving active duty) and/or try to avoid kicking the bucket from non-service connected issues.
I assume you can't control these factors though ... if you can, then there's another topic related to mental health you should check out.
