How can I access HRC's website now that they are no longer allowing VPN?

Hello, I am currently deployed overseas and have to use a VPN on a personal computer in order to log into HRC's website. HRC blocks normal website uses in this specific country.
It appears we can no longer access HRC's website on our VPNs. We have tried Express VPN and Bitdefender and have no luck. It shows HRC's website is blocking the website even on VPN.
This is putting a huge damper in our abilities to do NCOERs and view SRBs and ORBs.
Any advice would help. Also, we do not have government laptops to utilize.

Oh the joys of going electronic!! I got my issues as well, with the VA. After DS LOGIN went to their new security system in October, I have been locked out of accessing my VA claims, checking my appeal process. There are 3 different log ins, but none of them will accept a Danish phone number to send the verification code to. Talked to a lady as Dmdc, she said they KNEW there was a problem with international numbers when they set up the system. My answer has been to start a Congressional Investigation into this matter. LONG LIVE THE ELECTRONIC AGE.

SGM Mikel Dawson - Completely understand. Although I was just trying to help another in the situation out instead of worrying about the rest of the small group of individuals who would be in this situation.
While you can't do it as quick as someone in the states, you can still go though the different options they list for authenticating if you live outside the US. It's slow as it will come by snail-mail, but once the process is complete, then you can use an authenticator app instead of verifying by text message.
There's a pretty comprehensive FAQ on the VA's website on how to do this.

COL Randall C. - Sir, here is the deal, I have tried eaech of the log in sites. In the end all of them only accept a U.S. phone number, and some select countries, which Denmark is not part of. I am guessing Germany, Italy, England, Belgium are some of those select few. Now I have found a way around the system, but will not publish it here, my secret. It will not work for everyone and only works at certiain times for me. As I stated Google does not support Denmark. I have contacted my Senator, and I have also contacted the Chairman of the Senate Veterans Committee, so I have started the process. Like I told the Lady at DMDC, if I had done my job as a SGM in the Army the way they have done their job (accepting a broken system from the start), I would have had my ass handed to me , demoted and probably never retired as a SGM. I have focused on DS-LOGIN as a starting point even though all the log in systems do not work.

Did you actually go to Sonetel and check it out? I mispoke before and said Netherlands, but did check out Denmark - it was on the list of countries supported.

CPT (Join to see), it's not just the VPN. We're having issues accessing https://www.hrc.army.mil/ and https://armypubs.army.mil/ in CONUS with non-VPN solutions as well.

Haven't called a ticket in yet sir. I'm assuming if you're all struggling CONUS that it's an HRC issue not a VPN issue.
I hope it's resolved soon. Have some Soldiers demobing soon and need NCOERs completed.

Well, ARMYPUBS is up and working now and not rejecting the connections. HRC still not taking requests (in fact, it's not routing the non-secure connections to the secure connections and is being blocked at the DISA level ... sounds like a rule at the DISA POPs that's causing an issue)

Have you tried the normal troubleshooting? I.e., Which browser are you using (EES doesn't work with IE anymore), cleared cache, etc.
When you say that it won't let you click on any of the links, do you mean that it actually won't let you click on the URL (i.e., in the first image) or that it won't connect (like in the second image)? The first would be a browser issue and the second would be a certificate/CAC issue.
Something else instead?
I just reconfirmed with NordVPN. Connected to a VPN location coming out of Belgium and was able to log in fine to read some MILPER messages.

CPT (Join to see) - That error is a classic application error message, but sometimes it on the user side instead of the server side.
Let's try trouble-shooting 101.
Can you access other applications on HRC's site such as AIM2 (https://aim.hrc.army.mil/) or MyORB (https://aim.hrc.army.mil/)? If you can, then it's not a VPN issue and doesn't sound like a certificate issue.
Have you tried using Chrome or another browser? If it's a browser side issue that's being caused by a remote call that the browser doesn't like you could get that message. Assuming you're NOT using IE, I would give that a shot as well (click on start and then type in IE .. you should see it pop up under 'apps')

COL Randall C. I was using Chrome, however I realized that the EES and AIM2 links were now working with the VPN set up. Looks like HRC is good now, thanks for the help Sir
