So i know that they would go to self service srb, and go to the SM arb and then they would look through it. Then the s1 would have to go onto rcms.
However, wt are the steps for s1 to validate it on rcms?

HR personnel Certify the ARB in RCMS (https://rcms.usar.army.mil/). There is a tab at the top of the page to cerify.
A Soldier will view/validate his/her ARB through RCSM Self Service portal (https://federation.eams.army.mil/pool/sso/authenticate/lpk/2?m=GET&p=815&r=f&request_client_cert=true&u=https%3A%2F%2Fselfservice.rcms.usar.army.mil%2F&x=true).
