My family lineage goes back to before 1160CE. My ancestors participated as Templar Knights who fought alongside King Richard the Lion heart in the 3rd Crusade also known as the Kings Crusade. In 2009 I was contacted by my order the Hereditary Knights Templar's Of Britannia informing me that our families title had been passed to me, I was honored. I received a couple of journals, a Damascus knife, my title papers and family documents. Very recently King Richards remains were found under a parking lot outside London and an effort to fully recover him was launched and completed so now he will at some point be buried in the Templar Church in London. I am only able to validate about a 35yr period in this time frame. I am still reading and seeking to fill in the huge gap forward.
