too many variables.
Ive walked a FG through in 72 hours, I've seen a company grade take 90 days when the BC decided he was the approval authority on All UCMJ ...that lasted about....91 days

Not saying that you haven't but Trial Defense Services at your current duty station would be the best bet for any legal issue questions or procedures. You can call and make an appointment. All the advice you get on here will be from past experience (unless they are a JAG lawyer or Paralegal NCO). If I was your NCO, I would tell you to go there to get your answers straight from the horse's mouth.

SSG (Join to see) - It almost sounds as though Legal is going over the paperwork with a fine tooth comb to ensure everything is legally copacetic. If it is taking this long, then chances are (and I am purely guessing) that some papers may have been kicked back to be redone.

Have you been read your Part 1, where it states what the ART 15 will encompass? Have you been read your Part 2, where the Commander decides your punishment, if any?

Your local JAG office is the call/visit you need to make.
