How important is morale to you and your troops?

Do you recognize how much an early day on a Friday impacts your subordinates? Just curious to hear opinions on this subject, but with all that being said, work always comes first!

Morale is very important, you get it by enforcing standards, treating people fairly and sharing the same risk with them. An early day is good for a temporary morale booster, being a role model and leader is what they expect and deserve.
