I have done 5 1/2 years thus far with the USAR - I decided to submit orders to be put in the IRR for personal reasons. I received a call today from a SFC stating that I am in the IRR as of April 30, 2017 but have not received orders. I was also taken off the sign-in roster for my Unit this past Battle Assembly and had to fill out a 1380. Does that mean that I am out or what exactly is going on?

If you log into hrcapps.army.mil it will show your status. Also, check your iPerms to see if they uploaded any orders for you. If they are doing 1380s for you, most likely you're off their books already. Hope this helps!

DO NOT STOP SHOWING UP UNTIL YOU HAVE A COPY OF ORDERS TRANSFERRING YOU TO THE IRR. If you don't have orders and stop showing up you can be considered a unsat participant which can cause payback of any bonuses or schooling you received. Have your full time staff help you get a copy, or use your unit AGR Career Counselor to access a copy.
